Zaporizhia Oblast Military Administration commented on the report about the enemy’s plans to build a railway through the region’s temporarily occupied part
The occupiers’ construction of a railway from Rostov-on-Don to Crimea through the occupied part of the Zaporizhia region currently is still only on paper and in the preparation stage
Yurii Malashko, Head of Zaporizhia Oblast Military Administration made this report during a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.
“The enemy usually announces the initiation of such route construction or railway track restoration from time to time. We know that it is still on paper, there are preparatory works. But nothing more,” he emphasized.
Earlier, it became known that the occupiers intended to build a railroad that would connect Russia’s Rostov Oblast with occupied Ukrainian territories: Donetsk region, Crimea, occupied parts of Kherson and Zaporizhia regions.
