World should exclude russia from international organizations because of acts of terrorism at Zaporizhia NPP

Hryhoriy Plachkov, the former Head of the State Nuclear Regulatory Inspectorate (2017-2021), made this statement at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.

It is necessary to put pressure on russia with all available means. The terrorist state should be removed from decision-making processes in such organizations as the International Atomic Energy Agency and the United Nations.

“The nuclear security architecture did not work. Neither international treaties nor the Geneva Conventions stopped it. If russia behaves like this, the world has no other option but to exclude this occupier country from respectable international organizations,” — he said.

At the same time, Hryhoriy Plachkov pointed out that Ukraine should work harder in the international arena for this to happen.
