Ukrenergo predicts the completion of the second wave of protective structures by April.

Yurii Boiko, member of the NPC Ukrenergo Supervisory Board, announced this during a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine.

“Efforts and resources for passive infrastructure protection should focus on critical elements. First and foremost are transformers, which the enemy actively targeted in the first year of the war. The construction of such protective structures has several phases. We have already finished the first phase, and active construction of the second phase is underway. Accordingly, we expect to complete over 80% of the second phase by the end of this year, with full completion anticipated in the first quarter of next year,” Boiko reported.
