Ukravtodor estimates damages caused by occupiers in Kharkiv oblast at UAH 46 billion

Andrii Ivko, Deputy Head of Ukravtodor State Agency of Automobile Roads of Ukraine made this statement at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.

“In Kharkiv region, 23 artificial structures have been destroyed, temporary crossings have already been made for 5 of them, and restoration work is underway for three. The damages in the region are estimated at UAH 46 billion. 25 billion of them are in the territories that were de-occupied in September,” — he said.

In Kharkiv region, the occupiers destroyed bridges and overpasses, and damaged roads. As soon as our military liberated a part of Kharkiv region, Ukravtodor got to work.

“Last week, we cleared 198 kilometers of roads, that is M03, M29, M26 and P78. Currently, work is ongoing with local communities to clear local roads, not only state ones,” — Andrii Ivko said.
