“Ukraine returned the body of a foreigner from temporarily occupied territories who had been tortured by the russians,” Dmytro Lubinets

Dmytro Lubinets, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights made this statement at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.

“We have managed to return the body of a British man who was tortured in prison on the territory of Donetsk. I personally saw the body and I can safely say that he was tortured and eventually killed. Additional work on this case is underway,” — he said.

The Commissioner for Human Rights pointed out that he is personally appealing to international organizations and the russian side to bring the bodies of the dead back home.
