Ukraine may receive income earned from frozen russian assets – expert

There is a whole set of customary international law, so we need to coordinate the positions of different states. And they need to look ahead so that such instruments are not turned against them. Therefore, an intermediate option would be to use the income generated from the use of these funds in the territory of the respective states. These revenues can be transferred to Ukraine,” – the expert noted.
