“The Volunteer’s Guide brings victory closer: six months of work, 150 articles and constant feedback from the military
The Volunteer’s Guide project has been running for six months and is in demand not only among volunteers who help Ukrainian defenders around the world, but also among soldiers at the front and their relatives.
This was stated by Oleksandr Babich, head of the Volunteer Handbook project, at a briefing at the Ukraine-Odesa Media Center.
“As of today, we have more than 150 articles on the website about everything our defenders need. These are nine categories of different things: tactical clothing, tactical footwear, military ammunition, army backpacks, UAVs and related devices, army life, tactical medicine, optics, radio communications,” said the project manager.
Volunteers also started the YouTube channel. Experts and volunteers explain the benefits of certain things and gadgets for the military. There are more than 30 thousand views.
“Literally from the first days of the Volunteer’s Guide project’s existence, we have been working in a feedback mode: we receive additions from the military, gratitude from volunteers and family members of our defenders,” said Oleksandr Babich.
The resource “Volunteer’s Guide” is bilingual – in English and Ukrainian. In addition, the organizers have blocked the possibility of accessing the site from russia, belarus, Syria, Iran – all totalitarian countries that are now contributing to the continuation of the war against Ukraine.
