Therefore, the return of Crimea is not only a Ukrainian issue. It is not only a matter of international law. It is a matter of survival and security for Europe as a whole. That is why we wanted this problem to be considered comprehensively and to give specific proposals in each direction, what the countries of the region and, accordingly, external players can do,” the diplomat said.

In addition, he emphasized that the conference developed a document that provides for a number of steps aimed at countering the criminal activities of the Russian Federation.

“In fact, everything we propose in the document is aimed at strengthening regional countries in countering the criminal activities of the Russian Federation and also involving external players so that we can jointly counter these threats.”
