Sumy Oblast Prepares for a New Academic Year by Preparing Bomb Shelters and Restoring Internet Access
Despite constant shelling, the Oblast keeps living normally.
Dmytro Zhyvytskyy, Head of Sumy Oblast Military Administration, reported this during his briefing at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.
“Unfortunately, people have already accustomed to everything. All healthcare institutions are open, as well as some schools and nursery schools. We are preparing for a new academic year. The learning will take place both online and offline. Teaching will likely be carried out in several shifts in buildings with bomb shelters. Children will learn online in schools without shelters. We are working to make sure that students and teachers have uninterrupted access to the Internet,” he said.
