In temporarily occupied part of Kherson region, enemy shuts down medical facilities and urges residents to leave for russia — Oblast Council
The occupiers are restricting the access of Kherson region residents to medical services, urging them to obtain russian passports and leave for the russian federation. Yurii Sobolevskyi, First Deputy Head of Kherson Oblast Council made this statement at a briefing at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.
“I have information about the possible shutting down of seven medical facilities in the occupied territories. They will either be transferred or repurposed into military hospitals. Transfer mainly happens to Novotroitske and Henichesk. In addition, they are going to transfer all the so-called state municipal agencies away from a 15-kilometer zone around the Dnipro to Henichesk and Skadovsk districts. Unfortunately, the humanitarian situation in the occupied territories is deteriorating significantly. Our people’s access to medical services is limited. In addition, a strong “agitation campaign” continues (to encourage) people to receive russian passports and leave for the russian federation,” — Sobolevskyi said.
