There are no indications of the preparation of assault formations in belarus. However, the State Border Guard Service has recorded active use of the electronic warfare systems to complicate the monitoring of the belarusian territory.
Andrii Demchenko, Spokesperson for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, stated this during his briefing at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.
“No forming an enemy assault group capable of attacking Ukraine has been observed on the national border in Sumy and Chernihiv Oblasts; however, russia keeps shelling Ukraine from its territory. About 130 artillery attacks of these territories have been recorded during the week alone,” he said.
The foe keeps its militarized units in order areas to demonstrate its presence and prevent Ukraine from redeploying its defense forces to more important directions.
The State Border Guard Service spokesperson said that about 90,000 individuals and approximately 20,000 vehicles cross the border with the EU countries and Moldova every day. More people want to enter Ukraine than to leave the country.
There are no queues to enter or leave the country. This situation came up into existence after the zero duty on cars had been canceled.
