Since the beginning of the year, 110 people have been rescued from the water

These statistics come not only from the State Emergency Service (SES) but also from other rescue services. Viktor Vitovetskyi, director of the Department of Civil Protection and Preventive Activities at the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, made this statement during a briefing at the Ukraine Media Center.

“Since the beginning of the year, 110 people have been rescued from the water, including 37 children. Since the beginning of the month, 24 people have been rescued, including 23 children,” he noted.
