The “Crimea” battalion is a Crimean Tatar volunteer intelligence battalion that has been participating in the russo-Ukrainian war on the side of the Armed Forces of Ukraine since 2014. It is staffed mainly from representatives of the Crimean Tatars, as well as from Chechens and other representatives of the peoples of the North Caucasus.
The Civil Council that consists of leaders of civil movements from russian regions and national republics is teaming up with the Russian Volunteer Corps, which is fighting as part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, for the political and military struggle against russian aggression in Ukraine and the putin’s regime in russia.
