Svitlana Slesarenok, coordinator of the ComAct project and leader of the “Сhornomorskiy zhinochiy klub” (Black Sea Women’s Club) and MAMA-86-Odesa NGOs (in person);

  • Energy security and energy efficiency improvement of buildings of Odesa condominiums and housing cooperatives during the war;
  • How to get grant assistance to improve the energy efficiency of buildings and organize shelters;
