–         Setting up mobile warming centers for residents of the region

–          Foreign partners’ assistance in setting up warming centers.

Why this is interesting: 

Over 140 warming centers are to be opened in Lviv region. A part of the region’s energy infrastructure is out of order due to russia’s massive missile attacks. Electricity was restored to only 80% of consumers. According to Maksym Kozytskyy, Head of Lviv Oblast Military Administration, with the onset of cold weather, russia may again attack the critical infrastructure of the region. Lviv oblast is already preparing for this.
