Volodymyr Matsokin, Izium’s Deputy Mayor, stated this at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.

“Izium Hospital kept providing services to locals even under the occupation. Surgeons carried out planned surgeries in terrible conditions in basements. However, the hospital is in terrible condition. russians stole everything and took away the equipment. They broke and destroyed whatever they were unable to loot and take away. They stole metals, even the doors,” he said.
