russians hang woman for saying “Skadovsk is Ukraine” — Serhii Khlan

The russians continue to intimidate and kidnap people in the occupied territory of Kherson region.

Serhii Khlan, Deputy of the Kherson Oblast Council made this statement at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.

“The latest case was when the russians kidnapped a couple in Skadovsk, and the next day the woman was hanged in the center of the city because she said “Skadovsk is Ukraine.” Similar cases have been heard of in Kakhovka,” — he said.
