Hanna Maliar, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, reported this at her briefing at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.

“The system of control over distributing the weapons supplied by our partners is quite strict. We won’t receive it anymore if we fail to meet the strict conditions. Thus, if you hear that Ukraine uses the supplied weapons improperly, you can rest assured that this is russian disinformation. We organized numerous information campaigns about distributing the weapons. But, instead, the invaders try to undermine our image of a reliable partner,” she stated.
