Serhii Bratchuk, Head of the Public Council under the Odesa Regional State Administration, Spokesman of the Head of Regional Military Administration, made this statement in the Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform

“The number of invaders’ enemy ships in the Black Sea decreased: 7 russian vessels are there for now, two of them are launch vehicles with 16 Kalibr-type missiles,” he said.

The Odesa Regional State Administration does not rule out that invaders moved away to reload ammunition.
