Recovery of Road Infrastructure Goes Continues in Chernihiv Oblast
Viacheslav Chaus, Head of Chernihiv Oblast State Administration, stated this at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.
“At the moment, over 20 bridges in the Oblast are destroyed; 19 were provisionally restored. Bridges will be reconstructed permanently, and the relevant work is being done already. UZ Ukrainian Railways restored three rail bridges. We can hope to restore some bridges permanently rather than temporarily by winter. The connection between Kyiv and Chernihiv has been restored,” Viacheslav Chaus said.
The traffic of large-sized vehicles is somewhat restricted. However, there are no restrictions and no barriers for passenger cars. The communications between villages are being restored, and the logistics have been sped up.
