Over 20 million Ukrainians use Diia

The number of citizens who access state services through Diia has increased to 20 million.

Valeriia Tkach, Deputy Chief Executive of E-Services Development, Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, made this statement during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.

“Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Digital Transformation Ministry has focused on services that are very important to people during wartime. And now we already have the figure of 20 million users of Diia mobile app and over 20 million users of Diia portal,” she said.
