Over 100 agreements and contracts worth more than €16 billion signed at URC2024

More than 100 agreements and contracts were finalized at the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC2024) in Berlin. The commitments are valued at over €16 billion. 

That’s according to Yulia Svyrydenko, Ukraine’s First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy, speaking during a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.

“EUR 16 billion in commitments have been made, with over 100 agreements and contracts signed. Notably, three significant alliances were announced: $7 billion to support small and medium-sized enterprises, $2 billion for regional development, and a $700 million Skills alliance dedicated to training and retraining Ukrainians,” Svyrydenko stated.

She also mentioned that the conference effectively initiated an investment mechanism under the Ukraine Facility, which has the potential to attract an additional €40 billion in investments for Ukraine in the future.
