No need to declare account numbers from now on: NACP reports on changes
The law on the resuming declaration, which entered into force on October 12, amends the amount of information that must be declared. Starting with this campaign, it will not be necessary to declare account numbers.
Yuliia Kulikova, Head of the Office of Full Inspections at the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP), made this statement during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.
“Please note that starting with this declaration campaign, it will no longer be necessary to declare information about account numbers. Despite the fact that the form itself will be changed a little later, since there is a deadline to bring regulatory documents in line with the requirements of this law, every declarant who wants to submit a declaration today, tomorrow and in the future, before the form itself changes, will technically be able to submit declarations without such data. And we are currently working on adapting the current form to meet new requirements,” Yuliia Kulikova explained.
As a reminder, clarifications regarding the declaration are available at the NACP Knowledge Base at https://wiki.nazk.gov.ua/?cat=3.
