NABU detectives probing into over 69 cases of fraud in defense sector

National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) detectives are currently conducting pre-trial investigations into instances of fraud in the defense sector, in particular those related to the procurement of weapons, armored vehicles, food, and clothing.

Semen Kryvonos, NABU Director made this statement during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.

“Currently, NABU detectives are investigating more than 69 cases of various frauds in the defense sector. Among them, we have given high priority to those related to the procurement of weapons, armored vehicles, food, and clothing in the period of 2022-2023. Active pre-trial investigations are already underway,” said the NABU Director.
