“Mykolaiv Residents Reject the Traitor Bounty, Helping for Free and Submitting over 90 Reports over the Day,” Kim
Early this week, Vitaliy Kim, Head of the Mykolaiv Oblast Military Administration, offered a USD 100 bounty for the information helpful for finding russian artillery spotters in Mykolaiv Oblast. It is too early to report the results, but the work is going on.
Vitaliy Kim, Head of Mykolaiv Oblast Military Administration, told this during his briefing at Media Center Ukraine—Ukrinform.
“It is too early to report about results of the work against artillery spotters. Most people refuse to accept the bounty when offered and report potential spotters and pointers via the Telegram channel. We check these reports. I believe we will be able to present results in a week,” he said.
Over the last day, about 96 reports on potential traitors were submitted. However, not all of them are informative.
According to earlier reports, Vitaliy Kim said that russians use Telegram channels to pay Ukrainians for adjusting their artillery fire in the oblast. According to Kim, they offer “meager kopecks” in the range of UAH 1,000 to 1,500. The recruiters promise fire spotters full anonymity but fail to ensure it. The Ukrainian military personnel are “getting them one by one” anyway.
