Ministry of Defense wins lawsuit against canned food supplier that acted in bad faith

The legal departments of the Ministry of Defense won a lawsuit against a canned food supplier that had acted in bad faith. The producer had supplied low-quality meat products to the army.

This statement was made by Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Hanna Maliar during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.

“The Ministry of Defense forced the producer of canned meat to replace low-quality supplies to the army with high-quality ones. The producer provided almost 164 tons of spoiled products to the army. In court the Ministry of Defense has forced the supplier to provide only quality products,” — the Deputy Minister explained.
