Media Center Ukraine: The Country’s Leading Communications Hub
Founded in the early days of russia’s full-scale invasion, Media Center Ukraine emerged as a collaborative initiative between civil society, government, and responsible businesses.
Today, it operates in Kyiv and Kharkiv, serving as a key platform for foreign journalists, facilitating effective communication between government, business, and the public sector, and developing creative strategies to help Ukraine prevail in the war and rebuild in its aftermath.
What We Do
Support for Foreign Journalists
We provide guidance on accreditation, professional regulations, and navigating interactions with Ukrainian authorities.
Event Platform
We organize briefings featuring government officials, event participants, NGO representatives, and experts on key issues.
Off-the-Record Discussions
We facilitate closed-door meetings where journalists can engage with key speakers on critical topics in a secure setting, fostering deeper understanding, candid discussions, and access to insider insights.
Press Tours
We arrange press tours to de-occupied areas and other locations in the spotlight, ensuring journalists receive accurate information, exclusive commentary, and the resources needed for in-depth reporting.
Media Support
Our production center assists journalists in identifying compelling stories, sources, and contacts. We also maintain a free-to-use photo bank.
Strengthening Civil Society
We provide mentorship, training, and consultations for civil society organizations, helping them organize events and secure media coverage.
