Igar Tyshkevich, Analyst at the Ukrainian Institute for the Future made this statement at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.

“Yesterday he made two statements: the first one was about the so-called special operation. In the second one, a clarification, lukashenko stated that belarus is treating and training “people.” However, he does not indicate that these are the russian military. On the one hand, this is a response to russia, and on the other hand, it is a message that he is not ready for more active actions,” — he said.
