Labor market struggles with shortage of defense industry engineers

The domestic labor market is grappling with a shortage of skilled professionals, particularly engineers in defense manufacturing.

Vladyslav Greziev, co-Founder and CEO at Lobby X, highlighted the issue during a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine.

“Engineers in the defense industry, across all specialties, are among the most in-demand but scarce professions. Workers who, figuratively speaking, know how to work with metal are urgently needed,” Greziev noted.
