IWG has scrutinized more than 1,300 state regulatory documents affecting businesses, with over a third slated for potential elimination.
The Interagency Working Group has examined 1,323 state regulatory instruments, including permits, licenses, and other business-required documents. Over a third of these documents have been suggested for cancellation, with 100 of them already axed.
Oleksii Dorogan, CEO at Better Regulation Delivery Office (BRDO) spoke at a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.
According to him “A hundred of these documents have already been canceled. These are 32 different pieces of legislation that have been developed and adopted, which have already canceled a hundred different documents,” Dorogan explained.
The recommendations include abolishing 456 documents, amending 584, retaining 268, and further developing 15.
