“invaders Keep Applying Terrorism Tactics against Civilians in Mariupol,” Ministry of Defense

Oleksandr Motuzianyk, the spokesperson of Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense, talked about this during his briefing at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.

“Over the last week, the invaders forcibly moved about 3,000 Ukrainians, including 300 children, to a filtration camp in Bezimenne, 20 km east of Mariupol. Ukrainian citizens who fail the filtration (at least 10%) are declared “dangerous for the russian regime” and arrested.

Under arrest, the Ukrainian citizens are questioned and tortured, threatened execution, and forced to cooperate.

The spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine added that russian invaders keep attacking in the Eastern Operational Area to establish full control over the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblast, secure the land bridge from Rostov Oblast to the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, and block Ukraine’s navigation in the northwest of the Black Sea.

“To this end, the russian command engaged all forces and attempted to encircle our forces in Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts. The fighting here reached maximum intensity; russian invaders shelled the entire frontline, trying to hit our deep defensive positions with artillery fire. They assault our lines along several axes. The fighting is fiercest at Severodonetsk, Bakhmut, and Kurakhove axes,” Oleksandr Motuzianyk said.

The foe de-mothballs its obsolete weapons and military equipment to strengthen its force group and replenish its losses.
