“In Mykolaiv Oblast, 28,000 Consumers Have No Electricity,” Vitaliy Kim

By now, almost all civilians have been evacuated from the front line in Mykolaiv Oblast. Right now, about 28,000 consumers have no electricity.

Vitaliy Kim, Head of the Mykolaiv Oblast Military Administration, stated this during his briefing at Media Center Ukraine—Ukrinform.

“It is not possible yet to restore the power supply in settlements near the front line and in the temporarily occupied territories,” he said.

The city is prepared for the heating season. However, the constant risk of damage to infrastructure remains. The poor quality of water in pipes led to an increase in the number of water supply network repairs.
