“In Luhansk Oblast, There Is a Resistance Movement against invaders,” Oblast Military Administration
The resistance movement is working in Luhansk Oblast, disseminating anti-russian leaflets and creating problems with logistics for the russians.
Serhiy Haidai, Head of Luhansk Oblast Military Administration, disclosed this at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.
“For instance, the distribution cases for rail traffic control burn up as if by themselves. Invaders disappear as if by chance. The resistance movement operates deep in the rear, and Luhansk Oblast is fighting the invaders.
Serhiy Haidai stated that Ukraine’s Armed Forces targeted the russians’ warehouses and command centers in the foe’s rear. They dealt powerful blows slowing down the invaders.
According to the oblast governor, the situation in Luhansk Oblast is complicated, with almost its entire territory under occupation and ongoing fighting near the oblast boundary. So far, the russians have been preparing their reserves to push Ukraine’s Armed Forces away to the administrative boundaries of the oblast. Throughout the territory of active fighting, the situation with the critical infrastructure is terrible: There is no electricity, no water, and no gas.
“There is nothing to live in the region normally. Restoring it now is impossible, and even if the invaders can restore networks to cities, the utilities within the cities are broken, and they won’t be able to rebuild them. They will not prepare cities for the heating season,” he emphasized.
