In Kharkiv, Restoration Works Are Under Way in the Residential Building Hit by the Missile: Water, Heat and Electricity Have Already Been Connected to the Surviving Part — Oblast Military Administration
On January 29, a russian missile hit a four-story residential building in Kharkiv city, with the consequence that one person was killed and people were wounded. Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, spoke about the restoration works in the house during the briefing in the Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.
“One section was completely destroyed, in fact; the fourth floor was damaged. Restoration works in this house are underway now. Now we eliminate the breakdown rate: we have already connected the water, heat and electricity to the part of the house that is not destroyed and where people can still reside. At the same time, we are currently conducting expert studies of the destroyed part for its restorability,” Oleh Syniehubov said.
