Hydrometeorological Center predicts when Ukraine could brace for potential frost

Ukraine could see the first frost of the season next week, particularly in its western regions, according to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.

Nataliia Ptukha, the Center’s Spokesperson, shared the forecast during a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine. “So far, the frost has been limited to ground level, without affecting the air. But as we move past the weekend, atmospheric fronts will shift, bringing colder air from the northwest and west. After October 13 or 14, there is a strong possibility of frost, especially in the western, northern, and northeastern parts of the country,” she stated.
