Educational and medical institutions of Dnipropetrovsk region have been provided with power generators in case of enemy attacks on energy infrastructure – Mykola Lukashuk

In particular, specialized and highly specialized hospitals of the region have been fully equipped with power generators.

Mykola Lukashuk, Head of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Council, made this statement during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.

“We understand that, probably, as soon as the cold weather comes, the enemy will continue to attack our critical energy infrastructure. It is clear that, if we talk about small communities, educational institutions, hospitals, first of all, then they are all fully equipped with power generators. If there is no electricity, then large water utility facilities or large thermal power plants, such as those that supply Dnipro and Kryvyi Rih today, will actually be impossible to run with generators, because the power required to run some pumps and some equipment is very high. But all other institutions are fully equipped with everything possible to steadily pass this winter heating season.”
