Despite all the political statements, the U.S. will not withdraw its support for Ukraine – experts 

The U.S. and the Trump administration do not see a way out of the negotiation process in Ukraine. This view was expressed during a briefing at the Ukraine Media Center by Yulia Zabelina, a Ukrainian political journalist and media expert. 

“Rubio outlined the current status quo. Since late February 2026, there has not been a single trilateral meeting between the US, Ukraine, and Russia. But contacts between Ukraine and the US are ongoing,” she noted. 

According to the expert, despite all the political statements, work continues on everything related to modeling possible scenarios regarding Ukraine, congressional voting, and security guarantees in the U.S.
