At least 340 military medics killed by russia over past two years – Military Medics of Ukraine NGO

Over the past two years, russia has killed at least 340 Ukrainian military medics.

Andrii Kryvtsov, Founder of the Military Medics of Ukraine NGO, voiced these figures during a press conference at Media Center Ukraine.

“Doctors’ call is to save lives and relieve suffering. Instead, they are punished for giving their all to fulfill their professional duty. Despite the fact that military medics aren’t supposed to be captured, russia has been capturing and detaining military medics for over two years. And even though medical personnel should be protected when held captive, it does not save medics from torture. At least 340 military medics have been killed by russia over the past two years,” Andrii Kryvtsov said.
