Presentation of the fourth part of the “Dialogues on the War” the educational project Why is it interesting? “Dialogues on the War” is a four-part educational project of four interactive conversation video sessions engaging students and veterans of the modern Russian-Ukrainian war. The videos are accompanied by methodological recommendations for teachers on how to use the videos for educational purposes. In particular, the fourth part of the “Dialogues on the War” educational video project is devoted to Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Briefing entitled: “The new NACP approach to selection and verification of tax return declarations” Why is it interesting? The Law of Ukraine No. 3384-IX adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine resumed the mandatory filling out of the tax declaration forms and restored the authority of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption to the verification service. The tax return form due dates three years overlapped (2021-2023) so that by the end of the first quarter of 2024, about 2.5 million declarations will be submitted to the Register of Income Tax Declarations. The NACP’s task is to focus on those declarations identifying illicit enrichment, unjustified assets, failure to declare assets, etc. That is why the NACP team has developed and is implementing a drastically new approach to declarations filed for verification screening and the verification itself. That will enable the verification services to process the maximum number of submitted declarations, optimize the process of conducting inspection procedures, and increase the efficiency of full inspections of tax declaration forms.
