During the press conference, the participants will talk about all aspects and prospects of the project. It is worth noting that the creation of the National Team of Cultural First Aiders was preceded by online and offline training for 23 Ukrainian museum curators, preservationists, architects, engineers, lawyers, restorers and managers. In particular, the group visited the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin in Viazivka, which had been destroyed in the russo-Ukrainian war in March 2022. The participants learned to manage the risks to cultural heritage, analyze situations according to international standards, document damage, assess risks, implement security and stabilization measures for damaged or endangered species and objects of cultural heritage.
