Why is it interesting?
Russia’s unprovoked and unjustified military aggression against Ukraine has destroyed the security system in the Black Sea and Azov region. In order to find powerful tools to respond to these challenges and provide sustainable development opportunities for all peaceful countries in the region, Ukraine initiated the First Black Sea Security Conference, which is being held jointly with Romania on April 12-13 in Bucharest.
The event is part of the International Crimea Platform, a mechanism aimed at de-occupying Crimea and restoring Black Sea, European and global security.
