Why is it interesting?
The Media Initiative for Human Rights has compiled comprehensive data on over 30 media professionals detained by russian occupiers. At the upcoming press conference, participants will present evidence of war crimes committed against Ukrainian media professionals by russia since 2014. They will also reveal the latest information on Ukrainian journalists captured and unlawfully detained by russia, many of whom remain missing. Among these is UNIAN journalist Dmytro Khyliuk, who was abducted by russian forces on March 3, 2022, during the occupation of Kyiv region.
