After russia’s statements of withdrawal from grain agreements, the price of wheat in Europe increased by 5% — People’s Deputy

Dmytro Solomchuk, People’s Deputy and a member of Verkhovna Rada’s Agrarian and Land Policy Committee, made this statement in Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.

“Immediately after russia’s speculative statements regarding the grain corridor operation, wheat prices in Europe increased by 5%. If the sea corridor discontinues its work, we will have to export by road. And instead of receiving funds, our farmers will have to pay for logistics,” he said.
