Additional joint unit of State Emergency Service working to clear all debris in Zaporizhia together with volunteers

In Zaporizhia, russia fired a missile at a civilian target causing a fire with an area of about 100 square meters. The rescuers eliminated it, but the object’s guard died on site.

Oleksandr Khorunzhyi, Press Officer of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine made this statement at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.

“In Zaporizhia, there is an additional joint unit of the State Emergency Service. These are 50 people who are clearing the debris and carrying out the restoration work. Volunteers who work on clearing the debris and providing meals on the ground are also involved in the work,” — he said.

“Such practice with volunteers was used in all cities where help was needed,” — Oleksandr Khorunzhyi said.
