About 250 people, mostly children and women, remain in refugee center

Serhiy Pavliuk, chief stage director at Kherson Oblast Theater, and a volunteer, made this statement at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.

“Currently, there are about 250 people in the refugee center for Kherson residents. Most of them are women and children from the villages closest to Kherson. Almost none of their homes remained standing. Some villages no longer exist. We are collecting funds and giving them to volunteers on site, who then buy food and all the necessary things. People should know that they have not been forgotten. They are remembered,” — he noted.

Serhiy Pavliuk fled from occupied Kherson when the occupiers announced a hunt for him and his children.
