A story of courage, a story of bravery: a photo exhibition dedicated to the Armed Forces of Ukraine opened in Kyiv
As part of the nationwide project “An Unconquered Nation. Ukraine’s War of National Liberation against Russia (2013-2023)” the fourth photo exhibition, this time dedicated to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, was opened.
A photo exhibition featuring portraits of all the unbreakable Ukrainian army service branches: the Land Forces, the Air Force, the Navy, the Air Assault Forces, the Special Operations Forces, and the Territorial Defense Forces.
Additionally, photos of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhnyi, all commanders, defenders of Ukraine are also on display. The images of weapons Ukrainian military personnel use to fight for victory are among the exhibits. Also among the photos are the weapons with which Ukrainian soldiers are fighting for victory today.
During the opening of the photo exhibition, co-organized by the National News Agency, Serhiy Sai-Bodnar, Head of the Ukrinform press center, emphasized that today’s task of journalists is to write the history of our time.
In his turn, MP Stepan Kubiv noted that the history of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is the history of Ukrainian statehood.
“The history of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is the greatness of their victories, concrete deeds, preservation of values, and the future of our country. Today we should be grateful to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, military units, special forces, volunteers, medics, and all those fighting today. And those great citizens who repel the enemy every day also deserve to be honored,” he added.
In addition, Oleksandr Sviatotskyi, Editor-in-Chief of the Legal Journal “Law of Ukraine”, announced that the theme of the photo exhibition “Russia is a terrorist state”, included in the series, will form the basis of a book to show the terror that Russia has unleashed.
