A 50 -Thousandth Loan Was Issued This Week Under the “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%” Program — Minister of Finance of Ukraine

The “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%” program has proven its effectiveness. This week, a 50-thousandth loan was issued under this program. Serhii Marchenko, Minister of Finance of Ukraine, made this report during the briefing in Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.

“Out of 50,000, 32,000 (loans were issued by — Ed.) — public sector banks in the amount of UAH 60 bn… We compensate for interest rates. In particular, 26 bn constitute loans for agricultural producers, 27 bn for anti-war purposes. This is support for entrepreneurs’ liquidity. And, of course, anti-crisis loans and investment purposes. That is, now, actually, the only one program for business development is the “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%” program, which allows the economy to compensate for interest rates and carry out lending,” Serhii Marchenko explained.
