Zakayev: Allowing russia to persist as an empire guarantees future war to come

russia’s continued existence as an empire will inevitably lead to future wars, warned Akhmed Zakayev, Prime Minister of the Government-in-Exile of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, during a discussion at Media Center Ukraine.

“We cannot let putin or russia emerge victorious from this brutal war and continue as an empire,” Zakayev stated. “The survival of the russian empire ensures future conflicts. This won’t simply freeze the current war or bring lasting peace—it will only delay the inevitable.”

Zakayev emphasized the need for unified action and determination in confronting the issue.

“Now is the time to come together and demonstrate political will. The resilience of the Ukrainian people grows stronger every day, and we must support not only those on the front lines but all Ukrainians enduring relentless russian aggression,” he added.
