Will Ukraine face extreme temperatures? Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center provides 10-day forecast

The Ukrainian Weather Center has released its forecast for the next 10 days, indicating slight changes in air temperature without any sharp declines.

Natalia Ptukha, Spokesperson for the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, shared the update during a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine.

“In the near term, the current heatwave will ease. However, we do not anticipate a significant drop in temperatures. While the extreme heat will subside, temperatures will remain high but typical for Ukrainian summers. Following the shift around July 18-19, another anticyclone will impact our region, bringing less intense heat. Nonetheless, we will still experience relatively high temperatures. No major changes are expected over the next 10 days,” Ptukha stated.
