We expanded our bridgeheads – Natalia Humeniuk on the work of Ukrainian defenders on the left-bank of the Dnipro River

Ukrainian defenders continue to fight for positions on the left bank of Kherson region, expanding their bridgeheads.

Colonel Natalia Humeniuk, Head of the United Coordinating Press Center of Security and Defense Forces of the South of Ukraine, made this statement during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.

“Today, our efforts have yielded results. We have expanded our bridgeheads. But one must realize that the front line is very dynamic and under pressure from enemy units, we know that there are much more of them on the left bank, they are much better fortified and have a robust rear base for supplies, unlike our defenders with only the Dnipro River behind their backs. Therefore, we need to be very cautious in the information space and be satisfied with the information that can be made public at the moment,” noted Natalia Humeniuk.
